Appraisal orders are subject to a partial refund if the appraiser has not inspected the property.
To cancel an appraisal it must be done over the phone by calling 866
‐532‐4767 and speaking to
a customer service representative. Online cancellations are subject to a delay in processing and may result in additional fees.
Any submitted appraisal order will be subject to the cancellation fee of no less than $25 due to order processing costs. Once an order is assigned to an appraiser, the evaluation process has started and appraiser time has been spent on market research and the following minimum fees will be due.
After order and before assignment to appraiser- $25
After assignment to appraiser, no appointment scheduled - $75
After appointment scheduled, up to 1 business day before inspection - $150
1 business day or less before scheduled inspection - $250
